Me encantó este hotel. Desde que llegas se siente un ambiente tranquilo y muy cómodo. La habitación estaba súper limpia, la cama increíblemente cómoda y todo estaba bien cuidado. El lugar es silencioso, ideal para descansar, y las instalaciones están en muy buen estado. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Sin duda fue una estancia muy agradable, me sentí cómodo todo el tiempo y volvería sin pensarlo. Totalmente recomendable.

Room OK - not upgraded despite plenty of vacancy - so much for the gold status - but Internet was the worst. In the reception area GREAT - in my room almost non-existent!

Desde que llegamos el personal muy amable, el check in muy rápido, habitación limpia, cómoda y con todo lo necesario, ambiente tranquilo, ideal para un rico descanso, es la segunda vez q nos hospedamos ahí y sin duda lo haremos de nuevo

No estaba tan limpia la habitacion ya que a las orillas de la cama habia polvo y cabellos , el ba?o estaba limpio pero la tina tenia cabellos , el lavabo se tapo y ya no pudo filtrarse el agua , en general estuvo bien solo hay aspectos que cuidar , el trato del personal no fue muy bueno por parte de recepción siento que no hay mucha privacidad

I arrived on Oct 29,25 at night and they assigned room 117. The bathroom was in very bad conditions with patches on the ceiling, the bathtub old and full of patches, too. the room looked and smelled old , One of the trash cans didn't have a bag. They themselves knocked on my door to offer me another room (305), and I get there, and the sink was clogged. I was very tired, in pjs, ready to go to bed, but I had to wait for the Plumber, and then wait for the cleaning lady, to wash the sink. It was an awful night.

It was okay overall. But we have troubles with the key, TV, and water. They said they knew about the troubles, but they gave the room because they were full booked.

Clean room nice hotel just 2 elevators didn’t work to go to the 11th floor only one so we had to wait for that specific elevator to go to our room

The hotel is very well located, its staff very friendly and professional, but its restaurant is a total disappointment at any time. The food is very unpleasant.
