The room was clean and comfortable but I had few unpleasant experiences at this hotel. Firstly, there was a group party playing loud music on the same floor that I was staying and woke me up around 2AM. Also on the day of checkout, the computer system was down and they had me wait ~30 minutes to verify if I had taken breakfasts or dinner at the hotel restaurant. I told them my reservation included breakfasts and I had one dinner buffet and can pay cash for it. For some reasons they insisted on waiting for the system to come back but it was getting late for my flight. They can careless and was going through all guests paper receipts to no avail. Finally they want to charge me for 3 dinners but I said I only stayed for two nights & was ridiculous to charge me for 3 dinners. I got fed up and walked towards the uber driver that was waiting for me. One guy chased me down and told me to wait for their manager to show up. Long story short, I had never experienced anything like this, it was ridiculous to say the least.

Lemon Tree a Really Reputed Brand of Hotels was able to Host Us . The Ambiance , the Location of the Hotel was Really Lovely but I wouldn't say it was with my experience with the Service and Food , the Pasta we order was Raw and Stale , the Manchurian wasn't even good too much spice and too Garlicky. The Room was Decent , Bed was Comfy , Bathroom was Clean and well-maintained. I would give the stay based on my experience a 2.5/5 , it was Average , I expected the Service and especially the food to be more than what I Got .

We had a lovely stay in this hotel and the staff was very kind enough to accommodate all our requests. The breakfast was amazing and service was too good .We would like to recommend our friends and we would love to come again and stay here

Location is ok near airport and some shopping mall. Wifi is good and the staff are very polite and helpful. Food also ok, hope will have time to try their spa next time.
