非常滿意，酒店很乾凈，喜出望外，之前以為是很舊的酒店，原來挺新的。也很寬敞，反正超滿意。離開札幌前一晚就住機場附近，非常便捷，第二天睡醒打的士去機場

每次嚟到北海道滑雪我都會考慮這間酒店因為周邊好多嘢食同埋有大型超級市場就算航班遲五都唔需要擔心職員服務態度良好同埋有機場巴士接駁

Lovely stay. Hotel shuttle bus to airport was very helpful. Highly recommended!

Stayed here to be nearer to airport due to morning flight home. The free airport shuttle was great, managed to explore a bit of quiet chitose which was different from busy sapporo. Would stay again for sure!

Hotel is near the airport and there’s even shuttle buses to and from the airport to the hotel during winter schedule.
Overall, it was a good stay even though it was just a night.
