It was my first time staying at StarCity Hotel, and overall, the experience went very well. The hotel feels well-maintained and not old or run-down. The room was clean, and the mattress was very comfortable, which made for a good night’s rest.
The staff were friendly and professional. Check-in was smooth and efficient, even though I arrived pretty late, which I really appreciated.
The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. The options were limited. The Ayam Bawang had already run out and was not refilled, even though it was only around 9:00 a.m., and the dim sum did not taste fresh. That said, the coffee was good, and the other food items were decent.
Overall, a pleasant stay with good service and clean, comfortable rooms. I would consider staying here again.

Bed is comfy, room is huge. Breakfast was not bad. Air-conditioning a bit too loud but still acceptable.
Location is convenient. Close to many eatary and a mall.

Nice location near to Aman Mall. Room spacious but Aircond a bit noisy.

Hotel is a bit dated but still comfortable and spacious. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
