这家住宿相比我几年前入住时，确实显得旧了一些，不过也因此价格明显下降。以目前的房价和整体设施状况来看，我觉得仍算是合理、性价比尚可的选择。
这次入住的是29楼，选择这里主要是想体验被雾气环绕的感觉，这一点确实挺特别，也算是这家住宿的亮点之一。不过，酒店周边或内部的餐饮选择不算多，用餐方面选择较为有限。
唯一比较影响体验的是房间内有一道与隔壁相通的门，而这道门的隔音效果不佳。凌晨一点多时，仍能清楚听到隔壁房间一男两女交谈的声音，对睡眠造成了一定的干扰。若对安静度要求较高，建议事先向酒店确认房型。

In case anyone is looking for the agent, he/she is at the convenience store MyNews next to the bar. Me and my fiancé took a while to find them. The instructions is unclear and there were no email or messages to inform us where is the agent. The room is clean, and we thought ordering a one room queen bed would provide us a kitchenette because we saw the other room types have it. Maybe the hotel should give a better view of the picture to tell people that there’s no kitchenette for that room type. Also I hope they could provide a clear instructions for travellers to check in.

You will need to drive to the top of the genting to get to this hotel. The room is big and clean. Perfect stay for gateaway weekend.

good thing about this unit was it was spacious considering the price. the living area was huge, but downside is when living area was huge, it look kinda empty. i stay on 2 bedroom apartment and it was situated at tower E, just opposit mynews.
Bad things: There were a lot of bad things going into this unit.
1. since i got opposite to main tower, and my unit was at level 5 which near ground area, a lot of noise was heard especially at night where i even can hear disco and karaoke sound which cause me difficultly in sleeping. the sound was so loud and only stop around 1 am. can you imagine sleeping with someone karaoke next to your unit. i was really disturbing. i specifically request high floor unit!!, but instead was given low level unit.
2. Car park!!! please take note for travelers who bringing car, no free park provided! I REPEAT, NO FREE CAR PARK PROVIDED. i was mislead by info given from previous tenant, but in fact car park need to be paid and it charged per hour, max at RM19 per day. Can you imagine that, i was so disappointed when it stated free park on premises.
3. No check in instruction given. By right Flash Group should inform that their agent waited at MyNews Kiosk for check in purposes but instead i was left blinding without no information given what so ever. fortunately there was a security guard that was well verse with this kind of situation.
4. For their unit, the only good thing was space was huge. But there were a lot of negative thing happen in this unit. You can see from the picture that i posted. Firstly, in my opinion this was not well maintain unit. the door knob in both rooms were broken. the 1st bedroom cannot closed door properly resulting in frequent noise especially at night during sleep. other bedroom was also same problem, the door knob was twisted around and make so difficult to open the door. Beside that, i have mention that this unit look very empty right, the kitchen literally have nothing other that oven, couple of mug, water heater, refrigerator, couple of plate and washing machine. no induction cooker and no spoon or any other utensil was provided. I REPEAT NO COOKING TOOLS AND SPOON/FORK. so disappointing. Hot water also look like limited supply and cannot provide enough for my family, only those who 2nd turn to take bath can enjoy hot water where the rest just end up with freezing cold water. and please change the TV to android TV or google TV. TV already old with stripe line and cannot connected to WIFI. I do applaud the WIFI, fast and stable connection.
Otherwise facilities were ties to Grand Ion Delemen, so credit to the hotel. But the hotel itself kinda rundown and look old and mossy. Do improve and do through cleaning process. If this kind of service that been provided, i will not repeat this unit again especially at this hotel with this kind of provider. truly disappointing. 2 star rating at most
