  • Guest:The hotel it self is beautiful and so are the surroundings with a 30 min drive into bodrum I recommend using uber then you won’t get fleeced by the locals , it was around £15 each way whilst the hotel does do a shuttle it’s £10ish each and your limited to only a few hours in the town. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food in the buffet restaurant are very much the same each night (no themed nights like other hotels we’ve been to) most of the snack bars were closed due to weather so you are tied into eating in the buffet , the hotel doesn’t clearly advertise what’s open or not ( the hotel isn’t geared up for rainy weather ) entertainment was cancelled mostly because of the weather however no alternative was on offer so we found our selfs with not a lot to do in the evenings. Upon booking everything was advertised as open including watersports and a la cart restaurants however when we asked we was told not open as it’s end of season. They even started packing away the chairs on the beach on the day it’s was beautiful weather During our stay there was a conference on and I’m assuming it was some form of anti natal conference, they place stools in front of the restaurant where young families are walking to eat and this where the entrance to the pools are and in my opinion the stools were inappropriate for somewhere that is advertised as a family holiday (there was knitted body parts if you get my drift see photos) . Whilst this wasn’t a huge issue for us as our children are older I could see this as an issue for younger families. The shops onsite fleece you they are selling ice creams (walls) however if you take a walk to the beach they are free. Again we had a few days rain and I completely understand this is out the hotels hands none of the snack bars were open and when the weather did improve only half was open just the Starbucks /waffle shack the pool bars , and the slides where shut and when they did open they only opened two of them. Myself and my daughter had a spa including the Turkish bath and a massage and this was lovely , I advise you haggle a little as they will lower the price just for you , the experience was lovely and we was well looked after during the time in the spa. The bars are fully stocked with lots of options they use local spirits but keep the premium stuff hidden I advise you ask for that as they won’t offer it. I can see this is a lovely hotel and mid season would probably be lovely however as an October holiday I would recommend looking elsewhere as anything you wanted to do from the description when booking the reply is end of season not available or closed. Entertainment during the day is non existent and waterslides all closed 12-2 on site shop has hardly anything in it and £60 for a lilo is a bit excessive. Should have gone elsewhere. Whilst the weather didn’t help the situation , it was not as advertised , if you wanted an adult holiday I’d say it’s perfect for you if you come this time of year (Octob
  • Guest:Arrived at night so it was dark We were allocated rooms 4121 and 4123 In the morning we were surprised by the lovely sea view probably due to Ozge who i contacted prior to our stay. After breakfast which there was plenty to choose from , i had a walk around the extensive grounds all beautifully kept. I used the escalator to access the circular path thar runs parallel with the sea, a nice walk i found the bank a little tiring to get to main entrance to hotel. Missed entertainment first few nights, we were a little bit disappointed with Madonna show but rest were OK . Food at Sunrise bar was fine but other members of group couldn't download menu but I did manage, food at Beach bar café was cold so didn't try again stuck to main buffet restaurant which for all meals always had something to suit us ( My wife and Brenda are normally very critical as they are fussy eaters) The drinks we used were nearly all branded a bit disappointed there was no bottled Effes beer. Bar staff in all areas were polite and gave us what we required no fault could be found . Our room was kept clean by our daily cleaner who was always pleasant didn't catch her name. A special mention to the floor manager or supervisor in the main restaurant who's name started with U he assisted my wife with her meals nearly every day. Also Ziynet who also went out or our way to clean our table pour our drinks and was very pleasant . We used the lobby bar quite often the bar staff were always patient with us even though they were harassed buy some . Thank you Berkan also the beautiful young waitress Jiypn who saw to our orders when the bar was busy. My wife used a rollator to get down to beach and around the hotel there are ramps some steep we used the escalator with me carrying the rollator so in general the hotel is suited for elderly or disabled persons. We were allowed to keep our room to 17:00 hours free once again due to Ozge . Thank s to all of you that made our holiday so wonderful
  • Guest:Rooms are great, plenty of room, this was our 2nd time staying here and could not believe the changes! There are now very steep and dangerous escalators going down to the entertainment on the beach!? not well lit and kept breaking down, very dangerous if you'd had few drinks!! not suitable for children, pushchairs, infirm or elderly, an accident waiting to happen, entertainment was hit and miss if you didnt have any then it's all sat in lobby listening to piano music! boring! Staff there hardly speak ANY English at all plus the food does NOT cater for the English people, lots of people complaining about the food! we won't be returning here again,
  • Guest:First impressions were good however over the course of the holiday, this slowly deteriorated. Food 3/5 - Snack bar food was much better than the evening buffet. Buffet food was usually the same food night after night. Having been to All Inc plenty of times before we were used to themed nights. This buffet never had any. Service 3/5.. lots of staff but not a lot actually doing anything other than walking around. Depending where you ordered a drink, depends on how strong or weak the drink was. No consistency, it would appear that as the hotel is closing for the season, it was get what your given. Sunbeds and pool 4/5 - lovely and relaxed, can get enough towels at your leisure. Beach front was stunning also. Late check out, we was advised €30 per hour however, depends who you ask as this varied deals of €80, Free of charge, so again no consistency. No clear information on what evening entertainment was on each night. Don't book at day trip to Bodrum through TUI as the hotel do a trip for €10 return which is a bargain. Overall definitely not a 5* hotel. The lower end of 4 is more suited.
