Location was the best thing about the hotel. Staff is great too. The hotel itself is a little cramped and the walls are thin - could hear sounds from the street very late into the night/ early morning. Breakfast was great, but the breakfast area was dull - no natural light and cramped.

全ての口コミが高评価だったので期待が大きすぎたせいか、手配されたシングルルームは简素すぎるほどのせまい部屋でかなり悲しくなりました。ルームナンバーがないので、スタッフの部屋を临时に手配したのかと思いましたがリノベーションしたとのこと、清洁ですし、ロケーションも便利、スタッフさんも丁宁で亲切でしたが、明るい気持ちにはなれず、旅行で使うには??でした。多分ツインルームが、人気なのかと思います。ちなみに、暖房、リモコンが壊れてました。

Clean rooms, great location, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Roof top bar was a nice bonus.

The room was nice, like all older European hotels they are small, but absolutely clean and nice. The terrace was wonderful to sit out on in the morning and in the evening. Breakfast buffet was absolutely great. Enjoyed our stay there immensely.

Clean rooms, strong shower, limited elevator space , fantastic terrace bar , eats and views. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. It is a big city , so expect street noise in room, if u r on street side. Wonderful hotel! Location was perfect for our mission to Santa Maria Major

We recently stayed at Otivm Hotel in Rome. The hotel is very centrally located, making it an excellent base for exploring the city, with most major sights only a short walk away. The room was adequate, though there was noticeable damage to the walls, likely from items being dragged down them, which detracted a little from the overall presentation. Due to the age of the building, there is no restaurant on site, which is understandable but worth noting for future guests. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing. The selection was limited and the bread and pastries did not seem fresh, leaving us wondering if some items were reused from previous days. Overall, the location is the hotel’s strongest feature, but improvements to room maintenance and breakfast quality would significantly enhance the guest experience.

This allows us to maintain a high standard of quality that isn't always appreciated.It's normal for a wall to be stained, you put your suitcases down...All the breakfast products are fresh, certified, and I repeat, if we're at this level, it's thanks to our attention to every detail.I don't agree with your opinion, but thank you. We'll try to understand where we can improve.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful! The rooms are modern and clean. I was amazed at how quiet the room is given it faces a very busy street. The location is fantastic, close to shopping, dining, and attractions.

Warm welcome, friendly staff, great location. Small but lovely hotel - we stop in Rome every time we fly to Italy to visit our family and want to make this our regular place to stay. Gorgeous rooftop bar as well.

Room was OK but the glass shower was in the bedroom, not the bathroom in one of the more unusual room arrangements I have ever seen. Bed was comfortable and bathroom amenities were fine except the aforementioned shower. Elevator was tiny and we had to make two trips to get our luggage downstairs as there was not enough room for luggage and two people. Roof top bar and breakfast area were great except in a rainstorm (chilly and windy) during breakfast hours as seats are outside. Front desk personnel were helpful and hotel is centrally located.
