I’ll would stay in Diana del bosque in the future

Staff was courteous but room needs maintenance, loose vinyl tiles on floor made trip and hurt my toes, not bad for the price, my previous experience was a lot better, I thought I had reserved a double room executive but instead what I got was a standard executive, when I asked why I got that room they told me that double refers to 2 people and not extra room. Some towels need replacement, Oh well

El personal, al llegar a recepción me dijeron que mi reservación lo estaba aún, espere aproximadamente 10 min para que pudieran entregarme la habitación

El personal es amable. El internet es un poco lento y el cuarto está un poco viejo y detalles que lo muestran... Pero sin duda gran ubicación para mis necesidades

El personal no es atento, reserve una habitación con cama king size y supuestamente no habia y el hotel sinceramente se ve con poca ocupacion, . Me dieron habitacion con dos camas matrimoniales en piso 2, el problema fue que primero intente alojarme directamente pero el precio un poco mas elevado, entonces preferí la tarifa en linea y ese fue el error, por que pague menos, me hicieron esperar xq aun no les llegaba la reservacion y ya habia pasado 1 hora desde q reserve en linea y ya tenia mi confirmacion que envían con hotel

Es un área muy tranquila, y tienes el bosque al lado por si quieres relajarte con una caminata… la mayoría de los empleados son amables, y me gustó que todo está muy limpio

I liked the easy check in and the professional staff. I didn't like the three back boards on the beds peeling off on to the bed or myself. They are falling apartand they just need to go.
