Facilities are very nice. Liked the honor bar. Breakfast was decent. Room was a bit small though and I recommend paying for a better room that does not face the inner courtyard.

Comfortable with lots of space, both in the room and in the stairs and lobby. The staff are always close by to help. It's on a main road, but it's a short walk to the beach and a green area. Also a short walk to a good shopping area including a grocery store and pharmacy. Open front entrance with blue sky above is very welcoming.

Nice location in Green Point. The parking situation is quite tricky, as it's all on/next to the main road (the security guard is very helpful with this though). The staff at reception were very friendly, however they didn't really go out of their way to accommodate requests, namely: 1) We asked for a King bed in our booking, but got 2 doubles, when we raised this we were told we could just push them together and it's the same (it's not) 2) The TV remote batteries were flat, when we raised this we were told we could bring the remote down or some batteries up ourselves, instead of this being handled by the staff for us (would expect a bit more from a 4 star establishment). Also found the coffee from their machine in the eating area was really not great, they should probably look at calibrating it or changing their beans or something.

Good day Greg,I am sorry to read this review, as it does not reflect what HSL stands for. It is inexcusable that the MOD responded the way she did, and I have admonished her for it. In respect of the coffee, it does come down to subjective taste. We blend one of the most expensive and popular beans with an Italian bean from an established roastery. It goes down well with the majority of our guests. The water used at the time could have affected the taste.Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused.Kind regards,Jeff

Really lovely hotel with very friendly staff, very large room with good facilities and excellent daily breakfast. Located in Green Point, which is a very quiet and safe area.

Our room was great plenty big enough with a super large bed. Quilt was way too warm so we removed it and slaps under the sheet and cover and we were perfect. Breakfast is lovely and suited us fine. Location is a short uber from the city and an easy walk to V and A. Shout out to Jasper who was super friendly and very helpful as were all the staff. Would definitely stay here again when in Cape Town

As vagas para estacionamento s?o liimitadas e fiquei inseguro em deixar o carro na rua apesar de ter um seguran?a. Nosso quarto tinha janela pra rua. N?o tinha nem como abrir a cortina. Banheiro estranho com pia para fora do banheiro. Boa localiza??o.

Die Anlage ist perfekt. Fu?l?ufig in der N?he V&A Waterfront (30 min). Das Frühstück war gut, für jeden etwas dabei. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. T?glicher Handtuchtausch. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das ausgesprochen hilfsbereite, freundliche und herzliche Personal, im speziellen Charmaine! Absolute Wohlfühlatmosph?re. Riesige Dusche, wundersch?ner Ausblick ( Zimmer 22 ). Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die etwas schwache WLAN Verbindung im Zimmer und etwas wenig Stauraum im Zimmer. Jammern auf hohem Niveau!
