Regarding breakfast, you had poached eggs not Eggs Benedict. On that morning we had a smaller group of guests, and several requested poached eggs. We always offer additional options, such as scrambled egg and bacon, and we encourage guests to let us know what they’d prefer so we can make sure everyone is loving their breakfast.
