El hotel se quedó sin luz y sin agua, no pidieron ofertar una estancia digna y no ofrecieron nada por esa falta de servicio, no es posible que un hotel de esa gamma ofrezca tan deficiente servicio, no volvería aunque me regalaran una noche sin costo, la verdad no lo haría y menos recomendarlo.
Fue como pagar un motel de cuarta

Fitness room area was not as it used to be, no water, no towels, treadmill out of order, no tv control…

The hotel rooms need an update. Shower has cracks and stains all over the tile. No water control in the shower, so it basically started to flood into the rest of the bathroom.
The air conditioner didn't work. Maintenance had to come 5 times before it was blowing any sort of cool air. Service was good and lobby bar area was nice.

Very disappointed with the two rooms reserved.
We there for a wedding celebration.
I had reserved two rooms.
We were part of the wedding party.
As we had get ready and on a schedule for photos to our surprise no running water for a hours. The arm chair was dirty (photos taken), carpet had stains, old bath towels and only two in the bathroom.
Very disappointed being that this was the Sheraton. We traveled from Los Angeles.

La verdad es que se veia ya poco descuidado, la habitación tuve que llamar para que repararan la regadera no salía agua y no tenia luz en el techo era de mis hoteles favoritos pero se nota que ya no le están invirtiendo en mantenimiento y renovación

Le hace falta mantenimiento por lo menos la habitación que me asignaron en el ba?o estaba la lámpara fácil caída, la puerta de la ba?era no se podía abrir bien y la regadera tira más agua que la que te llega al cuerpo y llena de sarro.

The room we got was in bad shape, broken bathroom sink countertop, towel rack bent and ceiling drywall was in need of repair. Mentioned these things to the front desk and a wall outlet was the only thing repaired. We were never offered another room for our 5 night stay.

The bathroom ceiling had a water leak. Which fell directly on the toilet. Very inconvenient to get dropped on by a water leak while using the restroom.

Habitación limpia, TV y muebles algo antiguos, en general bien, falta un refrigerador para bebidas o incluso mini bar.
La piscina está muy bonita y el área en general de la piscina está muy cool para pasar el rato.
El hotel es bonito y cómodo, excelentemente bien localizado.

El personal muy amable, pero hubo muchos detalles en el cuarto, por ejemplo una cucaracha en el ba?o, y se preguntaran, UNA cucaracha solamente, bueno para ser un hotel de tan prestigiosa cadena pues si, eso es demasiado, y también la taza del ba?o se undia de que era de poquisima calidad, la luz de uno de los espejos no funcionaba, una de las lámparas tenia el foco fundido, solo habia un gamcho en el closet, no habia refrigerador, solo estaba el mueble donde se supone que va, era mi 1ra vez qué visitaba ese hotel y no me quedaron ganas de volverme a quedar...
