Guest：Très bel h?tel idéalement situé. La suite junior est magnifique. Je recommande vivement cet h?tel. Petit bémol pour les personnes à mobilité réduite: La plupart des chambres sont malheureusement très difficiles d'accès du fait de la hauteur des étages et de l'absence d'ascenseur
Guest：Charming old building near the Amphitheatre (as you'd expect). Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room on ground floor. Only problem was lack of storage: a short hanging rail but no drawers or cupboards, which would have been awkward if we'd been staying for longer than two nights. Good breakfast with particularly good coffee.
Guest：Clean and charming The room was terrific although the airconditioning was a bit noisy. Note that there is no elevator nor is there a guest self laundry in this hotel. It is a charming building built in the 1600s with nicely renovated bathrooms and comfortable beds. We didn’t try the breakfast and the coffee was a push button type so also didn’t try. As it is located down a dark, and not well travelled road I wouldn’t have wanted to stay there as a single person but my adult daughter and I managed fine.we were steps from the Roman amphitheatre and ruins. Near to the Saturday market and loads of coffee and other shops and restaurants. Be prepared for lots of stairs. I find if you book through an app such as this we always end up on the top floor and this meant 72 steps to our room! The clerk kindly carried my suitcase up and down. At my age I can’t do that.
Guest：Our room was on the third floor. No elevator so plan on traveling lightly. Not a problem for us but request a lower room if you have mobility issues. The staff was helpful with advoce on what to do in Arles. Breakfast was worth the cost and not to be missed.
