Excellent hotel, friendly staff. Excellent food and great choice. One suggestion, allocate a table for the duration of the holiday as we found it very busy at times with limited available tables. Excellent watersports. Shout out to Ignazio Adam Roberto and Vincento. Friendly great guys. VIP cocktail bar well worth the extra €3 per drink. Great hotel for families with plenty to do.

We stayed for a week in October in a two bedroom family room which was perfect for our stay with two young children. We loved the heated family pool which was a nice temperature and the kids splash park was great for our toddler! Be aware the big slides are for ages 5-10. The beach was a short walk through the forest with playground and hammocks on the way. The sunsets were incredible and so nice to enjoy a cocktail at the beach bar all inclusive. We thought the food was delicious at the main restaurant and the other restaurants and our daughter loved sitting at the kids table and buffet area which made it a lot more relaxed for us! We enjoyed a morning excursion to pizzo organised by the hotel. The mini discos were brilliant for the kids

Our stay at TUI Magic Life left the warmest impressions! We stayed in the Private Zone, block 7, room 7022, and it was an excellent choice — quiet, comfortable, and very well maintained. The hotel truly impressed us with its high level of service and welcoming atmosphere. The staff work tirelessly throughout the day — everything is very clean, well-kept, and you can really feel the attention to detail. The feedback system works perfectly: any questions are resolved quickly and with a smile. The food deserves special praise — it’s delicious, varied, and always fresh. I especially want to highlight Chef Filippo, whose grilled dishes were absolutely incredible and made every dinner feel special. Special thanks also to the bartenders, who prepared very tasty cocktails, especially enjoyable in the bar during the evenings. We also really loved the live music in the evenings, which added a wonderful atmosphere to our stay. The hotel fully lived up to our expectations, and we would be happy to return again. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful holiday!

4 adults and 1 baby we visited at the end of August. I can honestly say we were all amazed how fantastic this hotel is. Everything was perfect, all the staff, facilities, food, layout cleanliness and organisation could not be faulted. We visited Pizzo on one day which I would highly recommend. Thankyou so much for a fabulous time. I've got a feeling we will be back.

Love, love ,love it. This place is great. It’s enormous. Great pools. Great beach, great staff. The rooms are nice with great facilities. Close to airport so short transfer. Sports galore. Close to Pizzo and hotel lays on a shuttle bus. Worth a trip just for the ice cream. We will be back!!

Die private Lodge ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr gutes Essen und hochwertiges Essen, sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Gepflegte Anlage. Durch den Pinienwald zum Strand. Pinzeria bei Sonnenuntergang. Die meisten G?ste k?nnen sich benehmen und reservieren keine Liegen. Danke das vom Hotel darauf geachtet wird. Für uns mit ein Hauptgrund um wieder zu kommen. Danke an Anna-Maria von der Pool Bar. Danke an Antonio vom Service. Danke an die Küche und den gesamten Service, wir hatten einen sehr sch?nen Urlaub!

Siamo Wilma e Livio dalla provincia ti Trento . Abbiamo soggiornato in questa eccellente struttura l'ultima settimana di agosto. Bellissimo villaggio, pieno di alberi particolari e fiori stupendi. Attenzione e grande rispetto anche per gli animali , fontanelle posizionate in varie zone con acqua scorrevole tutta per loro. Si percepisce che dietro a tutto ciò ci stiano persone dal cuore GRANDE. COMPLIMENTI !!! Stupenda la passeggiata per arrivare al mare, si attraversa una pineta da incantooo. Tutto curato, tutto molto pulito, personale eccellente sempre sorridente e disponibile. Musica , balli, fuochi d'artificio tutte le sere. GRAZIE A TUTTI SIETE DAVVERO FANTASTICI ! Un Saluto carinissimo alla Signora molto simpatica che ci cucinava a colazione i pancake e le creps al.momento e anche al Signore con gli.occhiali che a cena ci.preparava gli antipasti . Ottima pulizia delle stanze e dei luoghi comuni, ineccepibile. Perfetto per il relax! Però la formula all Inclusive (di un 4 stelle, quindi onerosa) pecca di qualità e offerta durante l'intera giornata e il self service, sempre per essere un 4 stelle,a volte è caotico e sempre senza tovagliato;tristi i gelati e gli snack, serviti soli per pochi minuti durante la giornata e in corrispondenza dei pasti (quindi non alla "all inclusive", ovvero sempre a disposizione...) L'animazione trascinante "alla italiana" non c'è, qui è il cliente che deve andare dagli animatori, se vuole iscriversi a qualche attività, con gli addetti un po' svogliati nel darti persino le informazioni (qui funziona tutto con app e iscrizioni a orari prestabiliti, alla tedesca). Ottima l'animazione per i bambini! Quella serale, invece, si risolve in soli "balletti". Bella e rilassante la pineta! Tutto il personale è cordiale. Esperienza comunque positiva, ma alla fine risulta un po' onerosa per il servizio ricevuto.

Sono stata 15 giorni in questo fantastico resort...cosa dire...paradisiaco....educazione gentilezza disponibilità pulizia le parole chiave di questo posto....Staff cibo relax attività mare e divertimento....qui si può trovare tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno per trascorrere delle vacanze al ....Filippo e i suoi piatti " special" di mare e di terra una vera garanzia Insomma ne ho già una grande nostalgia....complimenti a tutti quanti!

Nous avons séjourné du 7 au 17 septembre dans cet h?tel et nous n’avons pas été dé?u. Le cadre est magnifique arboré et fleuri avec go?t et diversités. La propreté dans les allées aussi bien que dans les chambres ,piscine et l’ensemble du complexe est exceptionnelle. Tout le personnel est souriant poli et attentionné et ils font un travail remarquable tout en restant discret. Au bar ils sont sympathiques avenant avec Luana toujours souriante et à l’écoute de nouveau cocktail comme "Il Padrino" .Le personnel de salle pareil souriant avec Anna aux petits soins. Des pizzas excellentes bravo aux pizzaiolos. On pourrait citer chaque personne tant ils sont tous incroyables de gentillesse. Une belle et grande piscine de 50 mètres de long bien agencé bref un séjour inoubliable. Merci vous tous pour cela.
