Excellent food in the restaurant, friendly servers and good atmosphere all around no problems staff all nice and food tastes fresh.

Welcoming staff on arrival. Extra shoutout goes to Sally and Karen on reception. Very accommodating and understanding.

This was a fairly last minute booking (within the week) and we'd never stayed at this Premier Inn in Nottingham despite being regular visitors to Nottingham (kid at UoN) Anyway, what a lovely stay! Easy to find. Easy parking. Great restaurant. Lovely clean room.and fabulous comfy bed. Really good quality hotel.

Best premiere inn I've been to and I've been to loads. Great desk staff and housekeeping. Restaurant is great and really good breakfast. The rooms are really good worth the premium upgrade. Great parking and couldn't be more convenient for phoenix park tram. If your going to Nottingham use this premiere inn. Free parking so saves a lor of money over staying in city centre.

Good clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location. The premier plus rooms are better. A good base to meet our family and easy access to trams into Nottingham

Overall a good experience, but a couple of things let them down. Poor amount of coffee/tea sachets, extractor fan not working in the bathroom and dust on hard to reach areas.

Probably the best Premier Inn we've been to. Everything was perfect, clean rooms with good facilities, excellent choices at the restaurant. Very helpful staff.

Great location right by the team with a handy garage over the road and on site restaurant. Rooms good spacious size and comfortable and of course the amazing beds/mattresses! however the stand out point at this location is the staff who are helpful and friendly. A particular shout to Mandy who was not only helpful and friendly but also personable and funny! Thanks again!

This was a brilliant hotel to stay in, the staff were all very nice treated us very well indeed. We stayed with 2toddlers so room was excellent compared to other hotel we came from. I would recommend staying at this hotel.
