Well located with restaurants nearby. Breakfasts were freshly cooked to perfection and served with a friendly smile. The rooms were clean and tidy and in good condition. We were in the annexe which proved to be very quiet. The service was always with a friendly outlook and smile and the amenaties were good. All in all, it was good value for money and I will be staying again. Vicky and Jay were especially pleasent and efficient, catering to all our needs.

What a revelation, this is not a premier inn pub/restaurant. The service, the food even though the menu is relatively same at most of the premier inn i have stayed throughout UK. I must say 10/10 staff could not be more polite, attentive, all with a smile and that does not cost a penny ?? Lea and Olivia well done The food was piping hot and the fish was the best I've tasted at a venue owned by premier inn So we'll done all the best for the future, hope to see you again Steve

Stayed a single night with the family. The room was tidy, clean and all beds for the kids made up ready. The staff were brilliant and they even included a welcome Christmas treat for the kids in the room! Thank you Naomi.

Came for a Christmas break to see family Naomi was an absolute star such a credit to the team friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much for any one.

Although the staff were friendly and helpful, i was unable to use the room even after paying the premium for an early check in as it was not ready on my arrival. I don't know why this was but i had to ask the cleaning staff to come in and finish before i could use the room.

We arrived just after 3pm completing a long journey and were instantly greeted by Kirsty with a smile and a warm welcome. When we got to our room we found a Christmas card and a present for the kids which was well and truly above and beyond our expectations. The sleep was good with not a stir in our room. All the beds were comfortable, the cot bed was all set up before our arrival. Breakfast was brilliant. Vicki and Jay had excellent customer service and were very friendly to our whole family. Breakfast arrived promptly and was enjoyed by all (even the fussy boy). All in all a lovely stay.

Visited this site and certainly wasnt disappointed. Treated my friends to a lovely breakfast, We were welcomed and served by Lea, nothing was to much trouble, i happened to sit under a heater without realising but she swiftly turned it off for me as i got to hot. Food came out nice and quick and was cooked by Jay, it was cooked to order which i like and was nice and hot. A nice kick start to the day. Thank you.

Handy location, no outside noise, clean and well presented premier inn. Comfy room, sadly cant open the window , Excellent breakfast provided in the morning

Extremely helpful and friendly staff in reception and restaurant. Room quiet, clean well furnished and equipped, comfortable bed and good drencher shower.
