Fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Famili?re Atmosph?re - alle sehr herzlich - offene Fragen, bzw. Bitten wurden sofort gekl?rt, bzw. erfüllt. Fahrstuhl defekt, innerhalb eines Ausgangs zum Abendessen wieder repariert. Sehr gute Lage, aber nicht laut. Reisezeit April/Mai. Alles schnell zu erreichen, Apotheke, Supermarkt, Tabakladen und die Bushaltestelle fast vor der Tür. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Immer reichlich Auswahl und schnell nachgefüllt. Durch die M?glichkeit , das Frühstück auf der Terrasse vom Waikiki nehmen zu k?nnen, einfach phantastisch. Alles nur zu empfehlen. Würde immer wieder das Paguera Playas buchen.

Das Preis–Leistungs–Verh?ltnis ist TOP! Die Lage ist perfekt, weil sehr nahe vom Meer / Strand und St?dtchen. Das Frühstück ist ausgewogen und lecker. Ausserordentlich nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer war sehr sauber und gross genug.

The hotel is in a great location being only a 2 minute walk away from the beach. Easy to get busses into palma and santa ponca. It is a cute little hotel with friendly staff. The only downside is it can be a little noisy on a nighttime due to the bar downstairs being open until 2am. Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh sheets and towels. Breakfast was a bit rubbish and coffee machine was never on. No swimming pool but that was our own fault for not checking. We came in April so it wasn’t too much of an issue but the air con in the room did not work. Definetly worth the price that we paid. Would stay again for a short trip.

We paid to upgrade our room to include a coffee machine, water and fruit. None were there, went to reception and was told they do not offer that service anymore, but would put a coffee machine in our room. Coffee machine arrived, it had not been cleaned, the filter had coffee in it that was mouldy. We were given 2 bottles of water, open with paper cups. Housekeeping was awful, had a shower the first evening, used toiletries provided, they were never replaced! Arrived on Sunday sheets and towels were not changed until Friday. Furniture was never dusted, bathroom mirror not cleaned.

Ottima posizione centrale vicinissima a negozi e ristoranti e vicinissima all’ottimo mare delle Baleari. Camere in ottime condizioni, arredi e bagno nuovi! Da migliorare il servizio ai piani (il venerdì il personale riposa e non vi è servizio di pulizia e riordino), cambio set da bagno solo ogni due giorni TV smart in camera ma solo per canali spagnoli e tedeschi

We booked in haste after our original choice was fully booked and , our fault, didn’t realise there was no pool. Doh! But close to the beach and although we aren’t normally beach goers, for the couple of days we were here, it was fine. Add on bed and umbrella charges for daily use for a week and you’d be better off paying more for a hotel with pool. Breakfast is geared towards German guests, not much for Brits. We were in room 307 so not much of a view but quiet for a good nights sleep. The drain smell is pretty bad. Couldn’t find any English channels on tv, but radio was good enough. We didn’t come to watch telly. Location is great, so convenient for beach, shops, bars and restaurants.

Perfect location Restaurant close, beach close. Shops close, all within 5 minutes walk. Friendly staff. All good value! Bar next door, food good and tasty. If you from UK come here. Baie mooi! Rooms clean and spacious. Everything great, no issues. If you from the Empire and you want peace, come to this hotel.

Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptstra?e und ist dennoch nachts nicht laut. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckm??ig eingerichtet. Auf dem Dach gibt es eine Dach Terrasse mit Lounge M?beln ?? Leider waren es zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten. Im Bad fehlt eine Ablage für Seife/Duschgel und eine Handtuch Stange w?re hilfreich gewesen. Die Zimmer wurden t?glich (bis auf Freitag) kontrolliert und mit frischen Handtüchern versorgt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und wurde mehrmals aufgefüllt. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonderen Dank an Babette aus Holland. Sie hat sich dann noch darum gekümmert, dass wir etwas zu essen haben, bevor der Flug nach Hause geht ????
