  • Guest：Evening entertainment not very good or very little of it, bar staff and restaurant staff always helpful and brilliant (especially zack!). Indoor spa meant to be over 16s only but always had children in. Not much variation in the Restaurant for food if not keen on fish. Always very clean everywhere you go. Would visit again
  • Guest：Good location close to the beach and shops. The entertainment was pretty awful! They have a brilliant board to show you what's on but non of that was followed through sadly and we had a guy with a laptop who didnt speak a word of english playing music. Zack was brilliant on the bar made us feel really welcome and always checked in on us and his english was brilliant!! Rooms ok and cleaned daily, we got a double but got 2 single beds pushed together which wasn't ideal for a honeymoon! We did really enjoy using the spa, sauna and pool though although this was somewhat spoilt towards the last couple of days due to children jumping in and out and screaming and shouting in the over 16s pool. This wasn't monitored at all and children were running in and out throughout the hotel soaking wet and we watched a lady go flying by the lifts due to wet floors!
  • Guest：Nice and clean. Staff very pleasant. If you like to eat fish most nights then you will be fine if you go all inclusive. The spa pool nice a warm Only down side the night entertainment isn't very good could do with more sort of different things.
  • Guest：Returned home yesterday from this gem of a hotel . Hotel is rather dated but spotlessly clean . Maids cleaned daily always leaving fresh towels and clean bedding. Staff are amazing. Special thanks to Aimee ( I complained to her there were no English Channels on our TV, she explained it was a problem and they were trying to fix it . )The day after she rang to say it was hopefully fixed and could we try our TV.!!! Lots of English Channels then. Rocio also lovely on reception . Bar staff Zack and Jorge were also lovely , nothing was too much trouble . Fantastic location for Ca'n Picafort and buses to other areas . We were there 10 days food very good at first but then became a little repetitive. My one big gripe was the entertainment or lack of it . Extensive board showing lots of entertainment but no day time entertainment what so ever , night time apart from one singer was a man playing music of a lap top who spoke little English. Entertainment in resort was very low key too . Our favourite bar was The Red Lion and we also liked The London Bar . Would I return ? If the price was right - definitely.
