DO NOT BOOK! NO heating NO hot water didn't answer the phone or reply to emails had to go else where to shower slept in clothes. Microwave had no door sofa was covered in stains all mugs left with coffee residue, dried baked beans in all the décor. worst experience.

It's a easy walk into the town centre.

It’s noisy, very very noisy! There’s a pub next door that’s very busy. The central heating system is some sort of arcane mystery that makes hot water for a few seconds and then makes you freeze. The suggested car park is incredibly hard to get to. It’s hidden down a little alley off a roundabout. We drove around a one way system 3 times before we found it. Sure it’s close to the city, but unless you don’t want to sleep or wash it’s probably better to choose somewhere else for over ￡200 for two nights.

Apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location if visiting chester. Check in was easy. Apartment was clean and smart and had everything that was needed. Located just off the fountains roundabout, close to bars, the market and the cathedral. There are numerous parking options close by. Price was reasonable and for the weekend of our stay was less than the premier inn and travelodge. Would stay again

We stayed as a couple in August. There were good clear instructions on where to park and how to get in. The key is on a string inside a lockbox which is a little frustrating that you can’t take it with you. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Nice open space kitchen and living room. Quite a small apartment but fine for a night or two for us as a couple. There is no aircon and it was quite warm at the time, difficult to leave windows open due to the noise outside. Bed was small but we had a good night’s sleep. We did have an issue with leaving something in our room, customer service was excellent and managed to return our item via post quickly. Great location in central Chester, easily walk to all bars/restaurants. Parking is over the road, 2min walk away which is ￡7 per day.
