Overal stay was just “OK” First two nights were terrible. Loud noises, slamming doors, screaming and crying babies. Front desk was very helpful in getting us a new room on a new floor, but the guests that were there were very rude and inconsiderate. Maybe the “area” the hotel was in, not sure. Breakfast was from 6-9 and that was disappointing, we are on vacation, with no need to wake up at the crack of dawn. What I have seen normally at other hotels is 7-10 l, which is much more accommodating. Don’t think I will stay here again.

The key card didn’t work it took a lot of attempts the AC WAS VERY LOUD

Friendly staff. Room was cold. Pool was great. I did not get the King suite I booked. Bathroom was filthy— counter had black sticky stuff on it, toilet was dirty & the shower was disgusting. Showerheads & Glass door was full of mildew. Had to thoroughly clean myself to even use the restroom. Refuse to shower there. Checked out as soon as we could.
