I cannot thank the staff at this Premier Inn enough, especially Cherie and Alana, who have been absolute legends during a incredibly difficult time. After being forced out of my home due to a fire, I’ve had to navigate the uncertainty of staying here on a day-to-day basis. Cherie and Alana (probably the busiest hotel staff I've met) have gone out of their way to ensure I could stay in the same room every night, saving me the added stress of moving my belongings while I deal with everything else. Their kindness and practical support have provided a much-needed sense of stability. This is just a glimpse of the amazing service they've provided. They are a massive credit to the Premier Inn team!"

Used to stay here c20 years ago. It has not changed. The hotel is soulless and the rooms in need of a good old refresh. The staff are friendly and there is a nice pub to eat at next door, where the staff are friendly and efficient and the food was good. Plenty of parking and nice location looking over towards the sea.

I had an excellent welcome when I arrived room was very clean and warm. The bed was very comfortable and the reception staff were super friendly Had an excellent stay would definitely stay again

Great location to get about Cornwall. Room was immaculate, comfortable and plenty of room. Service was sublime. Staff were exceptional. Courteous and caring. Nothing too much trouble. Especially Alicia and Cherie. Definitely one of the best Premier Inns stayed in

Lovely welcome from both Jill and Erin on the reception desk upon arrival! Super helpful and delightful, room lovely and clean - great shower at the premier inn as always!

Stayed here as a quick get away and sure will be returning This premier inn has amazing staff who goes above and beyond. Ok, a little wait on food in the restaurant and was basic…but did the job for us!
