We had a 2 nights stay at quad room during our diy trip to medina. We glad we picked this hotel,near to the mosque but away from the people crowds.it was only 5 min walk to the mosque, the nearest gate was 320 and 322.
Their breakfast spread was amazing with omelette and waffle counter as the highlight.
The room was very comfortable..only minor drawback .but the toilet was lacking a bit such as slippery floor,sink is way too high for kids and disabled.
The staff was friendly and attentive.we were able to check out after friday prayer, use the common toilet and keep our luggage while exploring which were a relief to us.

Really pleased with the stay. Staff were all super helpful and friendly. Never felt anything was missing because they always made sure it wasn’t. Always looked after me like a real guest and went above and beyond. Honestly can’t fault them for anything so 10/10 for me. Reception staff are extremely helpful. Rooms were great and clean, breakfast was good. Stayed with 17 people in 6 rooms and everything with smoothly.

The hotel was overall good. With a nice haram view from the room and a walking distance towards haram. But it was overpriced on trip.com which i found later.

I'm not sure why it's classed as 3*, personally I wouldn't give it less than 4*.
The location was perfect. As soon as you exit the hotel you cross the road and are literally in the premises of Masjid al Nabawi. Obviously the mosque is a large complex so from there it takes a few mins to reach the actual building but that would be the case wherever you stay. In terms of distance from hotel to masjid, you couldn't get any closer.
The room was clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. I could hear the adhan from my room, which helps to wake up for fajr, and I was very fortunate to have a beautiful view of the masjid from my window. The attached photos were taken from my room.
The restaurant was very good with a wide range of delicious food to suit everyone.
Staff were helpful and friendly.
I genuinely can't think of a bad point and would definitely book with them again. It's worth it just for the location.
