  • Guest：Absolutely amazing hotel! From the staff to the food to the location it truly is beautiful. Standard of service food and facilities is top class! I’ve been to a lot of hotels in my time and this is probably the best one I’ve ever been to! I’m trying to list things that others may find wrong with it but the only things I can think k of to tell you is, the iron and ironing board to not match the standards of this hotel, and maybe upgrade your room choice as we had one that faced onto the back of the property with trains going past. They are the only things I can think of, but other than that this hotel is outstanding, I would suggest hiring a car if you are staying for a while as the location gives access to all sides of lake Como! Again if you are looking for elegance, relaxation and outstanding service then this is the place for you!
  • Guest：From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the whole experience was outstanding. The hotel was on a lovely lake close to como but a little quieter. The hotel was very modern with a boutique feel. The staff were outstanding, so helpful in every way. We ate in the restaurant and that did not disappoint. We really enjoyed the whole stay. We had to leave early in the morning and to our surprise, reception had a lovely pack lunch waiting for us. Keep up the hard work.
  • Guest：A truly memorable stay. From the moment we entered the hotel nothing was too much trouble for the staff. With specific mention for Martina on reception, our waiter at breakfast every day (sorry I did not get his name) and for the young waiter who provided cocktail and drink recommendations during the evening (again, I did not get his name, I believe he is from Milan). However, all staff were so accommodating and friendly. The rooms are spacious, with large comfortable beds and high quality fittings. The breakfast and dinner in the DROP bar were prepared and presented to a very high standard. I would recommend a car if staying here as it is quite a distance from Como or other places you may wish to visit. I would highly recommend staying here if looking for a peaceful location.
