房間面積在日本算大的了。但是服務一般，之前在網上預訂的時候就備注了要求，結果一到酒店看到安排的房間很昏暗，打開窗簾一看，窗戶直接對著墻壁，隨即下樓到前臺通過翻譯軟件與前臺工作人員溝通要求換房，誰知工作人員第一時間是説有窗戶，就那樣，我堅持要求換房后，才進行安排。結果到了新換的房間豁然開朗，窗戶一點遮擋都沒有。

在大阪一直住這家，房間比同價格的酒店要大一些，歐美人比較多，國泰航空機組也住這里，早餐有手動華夫格自己做，各方面都很不錯。

The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable with modern design. Staff is helpful and friendly. Will book again when going to Osaka ?? Apart from the room, there are lots of board games in the lobby. The most attractive one is the football match machine. Great place to stay when travelling in osaka!
