房间面积在日本算大的了。但是服务一般，之前在网上预订的时候就备注了要求，结果一到酒店看到安排的房间很昏暗，打开窗帘一看，窗户直接对着墙壁，随即下楼到前台通过翻译软件与前台工作人员沟通要求换房，谁知工作人员第一时间是説有窗户，就那样，我坚持要求换房后，才进行安排。结果到了新换的房间豁然开朗，窗户一点遮挡都没有。

在大阪一直住这家，房间比同价格的酒店要大一些，欧美人比较多，国泰航空机组也住这里，早餐有手动华夫格自己做，各方面都很不错。

The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable with modern design. Staff is helpful and friendly. Will book again when going to Osaka ?? Apart from the room, there are lots of board games in the lobby. The most attractive one is the football match machine. Great place to stay when travelling in osaka!
