Guest：Very clean and tidy, not far from the center of guardamar de Segura, staff friendly and helpful at all times, restaurants well worth a visit.
Guest：Lovely hotel. V modern with ocean touches. V nice decor and clean. Roof bar is great and the beach is just a few steps away!
Guest：Good Reception with friendly staff, but we were given a broken key for the room and then got blamed for breaking it which was rather annoying. We were booked for a 3 night stay, but left after 1 night which incurred a full nights penalty payment. Pool is not adequate, the picture they use is for the Spa which was not open while we were there, and it is separate from the hotel over the road behind a corrugated metal fence and a locked gate which we were given another key for, rooms are basic to say the least, and the Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, nothing around about. The Restaurant on the other hand is pretentious, with nothing really on offer for lunch, even a salad is a 'salt fish ensalada' for around 22 Euros, and the staff seemed a bit aloof. In contrast, the breakfast was very poor. The hotels saving =grace was a very well kept beach nearby, but 25 Euros for 2 beds and a brolly.
Guest：Rude staff The staff needs to be sent on service minded training. Grumpier staff I haven’t seen in a long time. Further, they will not open a bottle for you and tell you it’s not allowed in a very bad way. They will not lend you glasses and again they will tell you that in a very rude way. If it wasn’t for the excellent food in the restaurant I would have rated this place even lower.
