Guest：We stayed for four nights at this sublime small hotel. For a relaxed beach break this is perfect; a gorgeous old world vibe, beautiful rooms, lovely pool, excellent food and under five minutes walk to an almost empty and stunning beach. The staff are charming and attentive.
Guest：Quaint rustic old charm beautiful boutique hotel. We only had one night and wished we could have spent more time here. A short walk across the railway tracks to the beach where you have deck chairs and towels if required. Dinner was an awesome sea food platter. Steeply priced if you include all the additional taxes which we didn’t take into account given at other hotels it was just the 10%. Breakfast was another amazing experience honestly you cannot fault the meals in any form or manner. If we went to come back to SL we would definitely want to stay at Nyne Rock Villas. Thank you to the whole team for an amazing time and service
Guest：Had the most amazing experience at the Rock Villa! The property is gorgeous, lush green lawns and access to beach. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. But the icing on the cake is the attentive service. The staff are really warm and courteous and make sure you are well taken care of. Would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway !!
Guest：Rock Villa is a beautiful property, and one that's ideal for the whole family. We booked out the entire space with relatives and kids, and it had something for everyone - a lovely pool to an extremely spacious garden area for the kids to play in, a spa, a complimentary tea service and an extremely well maintained beach. The food was delicious, be it western or Sri Lankan cuisine with a variety of options, and the rooms are spacious and have all the necessary amenities. The staff was lovely and quite accommodating. They even had a pickleball court, though the USD 20 per head is far too steep and definitely needs to be revised. Overall, though, I can't recommend it enough.
