Nice hotel with kind staff. Restaurant downstairs was simple and nice food.

Modern hotel with a good location close to bus termini and the escalators that provide access to the old town. Check in was perfunctory and efficient with smiles and chats reserved for their French speaking coach tour clients. I made a reasonable complaint when checking out regarding the hotel room. The complaint was followed up in writing to the hotel and the booking company. I haven't even received an acknowledgement never mind an apology . The booking company tell me the hotel has failed to engage with them either. This is not a cheap hotel, its a 3* and higher standards would have been expected, particularly regarding room maintenance. Perhaps had the complaint been made in French it would be acted upon.

这个酒店在托莱多山脚下，离古城电梯步行大概10分钟。不需要拖着箱子爬坡，房间大小也OK 非常满意
