Vista magnífica do jardim do hotel, quarto excelente com jacuzzi e vista para a montanha e Staff muito simpático e atencioso, em especial Sanjeewa, Umesh e Janitha. Recomendarei sem dúvida alguma para que outras pessoas possam desfrutar deste local maravilhoso.
Ficar no Hotel Ekho Ella foi simplesmente maravilhoso. A vista é absolutamente deslumbrante, com paisagens que parecem saídas de um postal, perfeitas para relaxar e conectar com a beleza natural ao redor. Ao chegar, fomos surpreendidos com um upgrade para um quarto com jacuzzi privado. Foi uma oferta inesperada e fez toda a diferen?a na nossa estadia, tornando-a ainda mais especial. Relaxar no jacuzzi enquanto apreciávamos a paisagem de cortar a respira??o foi um verdadeiro luxo! Gostaria também de destacar a aten??o e cuidado do empregado Priyahtha. Desde o momento em que chegámos, ele fez-nos sentir bem-vindos e esteve sempre disponível para atender a qualquer pedido com um sorriso. A sua dedica??o e profissionalismo merecem todo o reconhecimento. Recomendo vivamente este hotel para quem procura uma experiência inesquecível em Ella. Mal posso esperar para voltar! ???
From the moment you arrive to the pipe music welcome and are shown out to the wonderful view accompanied by a small refreshing drink you feel relaxed. At some stage during everyone’s stay the hotel manager introduces himself to gauge your needs and satisfaction. This unique, boutique hotel with only 14 rooms has staff that are always wanting to assist in any way possible. The bedrooms are train carriage themed (which is appropriate given how most tourists arrive). The food is exceptional and the restaurant supervisor Sanjeewa, and the wonderful chef ensured that our vegetarian diet was catered for with lavish dishes served with flair and presentation. When we came back to Sri Lanka we will return to Ella just to stay at Ekho Ella for the experience.
We are in Sry Lanka of honey moon. We slept here one night. We are in Sry Lanka of honey moon. From the first moment everything was special, they welcomed us with live flute music. The garden and the views are wonderful. They have a jacuzzi that is available all day and allows you to enjoy those wonderful views. The hotel was very very clean and All the staff are very friendly and nice and they did not stop paying attention to us at all times, a mention for Dinesh Gayashan and Priyahtha. It recomends 100%!!!!
Service - Equivalent to a 5 star hotel if not more. You will be welcomed by the mesmerising flute and a tour airing the hotel. An interesting concept as Tran stations. Room - They are named after trains. Rooms are well maintained, clean and tidy. The room is spacious and comfortable. You can view the sunrise at the comfort of your bed. Food - Sanjeewa restaurant provides tasty and great food. The view from the hotel is magnificent and like the topping of an ice cream was the service by all the staff, especially too Dinesh Gayashan, Priyantha and I did not get the lady who received us when we arrived.
Had a great time staying at EKHO Ella, couldn't have asked for anything on top of what staff did for us. Udesh - GM at Ekho was amazing and took care of all the needs. His staff was great and very accommodating as well. Suresh at Restaurant, Priyahtha and Thakshila at front desk were amazing as well - they helped make my mother's 60th celebration memorable. I recently had a wonderful stay at ELLA EKHO and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hospitality from Janitha in the F&B department was exceptional, making every meal delightful. Chef Gihan's and Nalin’s culinary creations were a highlight, showcasing local flavors that were simply outstanding. Priyantha from housekeeping ensured my room was always immaculate, and Shelani at the front office was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The entire team made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommend!
There was a breathtaking view.The welcome was so healing.Food was good.we were served by Priyantha, Thakshila and the other staff.They were friendly and gave an excellent service.Thank you for the wonderful experience. It is one of the best stays in Elle.
This is a superb hotel and the staff are the very best. We had a great room (115) with stunning views and facilities. The staff are incredibly helpful and very friendly. I would particularly mention Priijantha, Gujeewa and Krisham. The hotel is in a superb location with just a couple of minutes walk to the centre of Ella. The food was outstanding and so was the service. I would highly recommend Ekho Ella for an outstanding and memorable stay.
I spent at Ekho Ella with my family. My wife, daughter and me, we were enjoy the stay. The view is superb. The Ella Gap is a beautiful view to watch. Super friendly staff and room was very nice.
