The hotel is centre in genting

Booked a king size bed room And hotel gave me a twin bed when I was there.
When I complained to Trip.com, trip’s staff ruined my day by asking me to resolve it with the hotel myself.
I am a consumer whom bought a product from trip.com and trip.com is taking the easy way out to ruin my trust and asking me to solve a mistake of trip.com.
Bloody ridiculous platform who has screwed up 2 of my hotel stays in 2 week. The first problem occurred when I was in KL and this time is the second time. I never had this problem with other platforms

Not recommended.
?Long Q to pre register Trip.com booking onto their system. Was pushed to many location. After queueing fir an hour, the one and only counter could not find the booking even though I presented trip.com confirmation email.?
In the end was referred to the check-in counter that was empty. The lady made a check and remarked can find trip.com confirmation email why they said cannot. I stared at her.?
Why didn’t they allow me to check-in at the counter when I first approached them. Instead I was referred to the pre-registration (OTA) counter which has a long Q.
My paid room was the same as those free room that genting offered to its members.

最惊喜的是窗外的风景，仙气飘飘。房间的设施有些年代感，不过空间还可以，不会太过拥挤，还是很乾净的。前台的工作人员态度很好，不过就效率太低了，办理一个入住要等很久，而且一直搞不清楚我们是否交tourist tax，有点无语，已经给他看了付过税的订单了，可是还是説没看到。

房间舒适度算好，但从商场要找到酒店非常困难，标示相当不清楚，柜台入住时多收10元马币，说是税金，令我们觉得很奇怪，因为入住其他酒店都没有，后来又通知我们搞错了，又退给我们，服务员对程序不清楚
