Gianni, il titolare, estremamente gentile e disponibile, un perfetto padrone di casa!
Ogni mattina a colazione prodotti freschi (dolce e salato).

La struttura si trova in una posizione molto comoda e vicina al centro, raggiungibile facilmente a piedi.
Tutto è molto nuovo, moderno, pulito ed ordinato. La colazione è ricca e varia e soprattutto ha prodotti freschi di pasticceria. Il proprietario è di una gentilezza e cortesia veramente uniche. Ci ha dato informazioni utili che hanno reso ancora più completo il nostro soggiorno. Sicuramente è consigliato a chi vuole passare uno o più giorni nella città di Noto.
Gianni was an excellent host. He was very friendly and gave great tips for exploring Noto and the surrounding area. Breakfast is served from 8:30-9:30 and was very delicious! The rooms were comfortable and in a wonderful location.
Abbiamo soggiornato a gennaio in coppia ,ottima esperienza :camera tutta nuova pulizia ottima e host molto accogliente . La posizione perfetta in centro a Noto e comoda per visitare luoghi turistici . Room 55 consigliatissima !!!
Spacious room, modern renovation and minutes of walk to palazzo and churches. There is a mini fridge in room too. Breakfast is outstanding with sweet & savory pastries and fruits and Gianni gave great tips on where to visit. Loved it ! Highly recommend
Von aussen unscheinbar in einer unspektakul?ren Stra?e gelegen entpuppt sich Room55 als kleines Paradies. Sehr interessante und sch?ne Innenarchitektur. Modernes, skandinavisch anmutendes Design erg?nzt durch ein paar nostalgische Elemente (Nachttisch z.B.) Technisch alles 1a, das haben wir auf Sizilien schon ganz anders erlebt. Das ganze Apartment ist mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack gestaltet. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gefallen: neben dem üblichen auch Hausgemachte Konfitüre, frischgepresster Saft und lokale Kuchenspezialit?ten. Das tollste aber war der warmherzig Inhaber Gianni. Leider sprechen wir kein italienisch, aber auf etwas holprigen Englisch haben wir uns l?nger mit Gianni unterhalten und viele gute Tipps bekommen. Von uns 10 / 10! Parken übrigens gratis vor der Tür an der Stra?e
Stayed there for 6 days. Great location, close to the historical centre. Gianni is a fantastic host, who could not have been more helpful. Our room was beautiful & spotless. We loved the modern style with a vintage twist. We would definitely stay here again.
Ho alloggiato da Room55 tre notti con il mio fidanzato. Camere molto belle, nuove e pulite. Il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha dato disponibilità per il check-in a qualsiasi orario, è stato super disponibile. Ci ha spiegato alcune cose sulla città e ci ha dato indicazioni su dove parcheggiare e su dove mangiare/andare in spiaggia. Senza neanche chiedere si è offerto di imprestarci un ombrellone per i due giorni successivi. Colazione ricca e fresca, abbiamo molto apprezzato la conduzione famigliare del b&b. Super consigliato per visitare Noto e sud est Sicilia. Ci tornerei molto volentieri.
You have h?tels, b&b, guest houses than you have places where you feel you are at some friends house. Gianni welcomes you in this designers style newly made rooms. Clean, quite with all what you need!!! Typical Sicilian breakfast with grandma cookies, fresh juices and all kind of food. We had 2 rooms ; 3 kids in one and the 2 of us in the other one. A plus is that you are 5’ walk from the centre (via Cavour, via Vittorio Emanuele…). This is a place to be!!!
