The hotel was clean and spacious, All the staff we're friendly, the only fault i had was when I went for breakfast on the day checking out I returned to the room and the cleaner was cleaning the room which was rather inconvenient.

Lovely hotel and ambience. We had a good time, breakfast was good.

Staff were great all very friendly
Room was spacious wardrobe big enough for a 4 yr old to sleep in ( excuse my humour ) and very clean
Evening meal portions great food very tasty & staff looked after granddaughter well with keeping her occupied .
Breakfast was a little of a let down as under the warmer food was still cold and bacon very dry … cheese was dried up with the cold meats only I flavour yoghurt I wish I had ordered off the fresh cooked menu of eggs selection ( but I never left hungry )
Despite second paragraph I would defo return

Room was nice, access to pool area - you have to leave the main hotel and walk along road to reach.
The parking is paid - so an additional cost of approx ￡10 a day to consider

Rooms clean and tidy. Heating in the room was loud and very noisy. Traffic noise from the main road was constant all night so wouldn't recommend staying in room 136. Although room was spacious beds comfortable. Food at Breakfast was lovely.

Stayed for one night was really love staff and easy to get to from the station.

The hotel is one year old only. The deco and facilities are new.?
The bed comforter may not be comfortable for everyone because some got sacked in the middle like a hole. Up my request, the service was responsive to fix by removing it. Lost one night comfortable sleep and nade up the following day.

到達時間在7-8點左右，停車場需要付費，而且偏遠離房間。房間安排在停車場旁邊，有點吵鬧的。可以看出來很新，裝修花了滿多錢的。房間電視可以投屏，好評。燈光明亮，空調也可以運作，可惜不太暖。
