The view from the balcony was beautiful. We were in room 109 which was a family room (sleeps 4 in 2 double beds). I think this may not yet have been modernised as others along corridor had newer tiled flooring. The room was dated in decor (did not match photos provided by hotel) but beds and sheets fine. Door of bathroom difficult to close and also be warned bedroom doors are opaque glass so lights from corridor shine through at all times so you may need an eye mask. We walked into Ella (15 minutes along access road and then main road) but plenty of tuk tuks. Bar upstairs was good with pool table. We didn’t eat there so cannot comment.

La vista indubbiamente è bella. La stanza era vecchiotta, aveva sicuramente bisogno di essere rimodernata. Il vero problema però è il bagno pieno di muffa. Il letto non era tanto comodo. Al piano superiore c'è un bar in cui hanno tenuto la musica alta fino a tarda notte il che è piuttosto fastidioso per chi vorrebbe dormire. La colazione viene servita in maniera estremamente lenta quindi prendetevi per tempo. Mi ha dato tanto l'idea di essere in un ostello ma il prezzo non è di certo quello che si addice...

Ruhig am Hang gelegen mit Blick auf die Berge. Sch?nes ger?umiges Zimmer mit Terrasse, sehr gutes Frühstück. Guter Ausgangspunkt für die Wanderung auf den Ella Rock. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Behandlung.

?We loved how their staff welcomed us. They never hesitated to provide us required information about the area and transportation services. I couldn't get the name of the gentleman who took our bags to our room and served us the welcome drink. He is very professional about his job and knows how to treat their guests. There was another gentleman who served us our breakfast. He helped us a lot getting us tuk tuks. Breakfast was delicious and I never expected this kind of service. The view from our room and the restaurant is breathtaking. Room was very clean and there were tea coffee amenities, hot water shower and a hair dryer as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is travelling to Ella. There was nothing I didn't like. But I suggest them to improve few more facilities adding a Tv to the room and some bedside lights.

My son 17 and I were very satisfied and impressed by the Riwana Fall view guest house, a little off the beaten track from Ella town. It offers clean and comfortable bedrooms, simple yet tasteful too. The location is great! Quiet and within walking distance into town if you don’t mind walking up a fairly steep road for just 10 min. The delicious breakfast and view is breathtaking and service is immaculate. The manager and all staff are really welcoming and caring. The price is extremely good value for the positive and edgy good vibe this place conveys. I highly recommend it for urban, adventurous travellers.

We travelled from UK. Great views from every side of the room. Clean modern room. We had very comfortable 2 double beds, sofa and balcony with a table. Breath taking views of Rawana falls. Very friendly staff, delicious food. Views of lovely hills, trees all around the hotel feels like we are in a tropical forest, nice quiet relaxing place apart from birds singing and sometimes monkey noises far in the trees. We wished we had booked more than one night. My son loved the lovely dog cheered us. What else we want. Highly recommend this little guest house.

Best hotel so far visited in Ella. Staffs are more friendly and helpful for single minute. Best view great food I love everything. We stayed around 15 pax..! And we made DJ BQQ and makes more sounds and they stayed until finish our party. Thanks guys see you soon.
