The staff did not answer the phone… it was nearly impossible to reach them to arrange for airport pickup! It took 30 minutes to finally get someone to answer the phone …. The room was out of towels and shower gel … in room coffee maker did not work and coffee cost 5.00 for a cup of coffee in the morning… the water from faucet was said to contain harmful chemicals, but they did not provide bottled water..

It took 10 minutes for the water to get water hot, at 6:30am. It took us a while to figure out bathroom lights, we had to turn on hall light to get bathroom lights to come on. The shades didn’t cover all the windows; the outsides lights kept us up. The air condition unit sounded like a rocket ship taking off every time it came on, kept us up.

La habitación tenia cortinas black out deteriorada por lo que entraba el sol desde las 6:00am. Tienen poco personal para dar el servicio en las habitaciones.

Our Bathroom floor in our room was filthy, mattresses did not fit the bedframe properly, blinds to close the windows were broken, bathroom sink the water pressure was really slow, not heat at all in the hotel, asked for blankets several times,

It was okay , I know check late but that was the airline.. I thought the shuttle was complimentary I guess not.. breakfast was not pleasant sorry to say…?

Attention to detail was missing in room cleanliness. The hallway mirror was covered in smear. The hallway picture had drip lines of soda or coffee. Each day of our 5 day stay was a surprise of what towel selection we would get. The sliding glass wall which is the shower door / toilet door had no handle to pull open the door from the toilet stall. The edge of the glass was unsanitary with stains of what only was guessed to be from hands that were yet to be washed. The sliding glass wall gave no privacy. Not good for two coworkers traveling together. Never did I think I had to look for a hotel room that had a bathroom door. This room had none. One night desk staff was more interested in her laptop and earbuds than service. One morning desk staff could not supply paper coffee cups for the room, which were missing. Offered up only plastic cups. The desk staff should be described as disinterested.
The very best person was the bartender. He was friendly, fast and enjoyable even though you could tell the bar was understaffed and he had to work double speed.
Pretty building but pretty underwhelming.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. A good place to stay the night before your cruise departs. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself is nice and updated.
A couple caveats to be aware of - I didn’t have the greatest experience with the staff; I was rudely told there was “no chance” I could check in early in a how-dare-you-even-ask kind of tone… right after they handed room keys to the couple in front of me in line. Breakfast is available for a fee, for which service seems to be extremely slow; we were never even acknowledged enough to receive a menu.
Other than those two small things, no issues. Highly recommend walking up the street to Rendezvous for a delicious meal during your stay here!

Shuttle service did not show up at airport had to take an Uber. Waitress for breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had terrible. Was told there was a free shuttle from hotel to port had to pay $20 for it.

The rooms were nice and clean, but the best part was the staff, especially in the little restaurant.
