Paint on the floor. No bathroom door in its entrance. Restaurant was out of its primary featured menu items which were waffles and pancakes. Customer service at check-in was not friendly and didn’t acknlege our group for several minutes upon arrival to the front desk. Had her head down looking at her computer screen. No hello how are you or how can I help you today. The 12-hour travel experience due to weather delays and cancelations was already bad enough, then to get to hotel with below expectation standards was just unacceptable.

Everything was very nice and they were accommodating. Susan in the bar was great, she handled our big party really well. Thanks again!

Good morning my stay was great. As a traveling professional I was still working away from the office and had some challenges getting an important document sent out in time for a deadline when Ashley the beautiful soul at the front desk offered to help. She not only scanned and sent it but she followed up to make sure I received a copy and wanted to find out if there was anything else she could do. That level of service is an inborn concept and she is sharing it on behalf of the company which only helps to make that place the special gem that it is! Thank you again Ashley!

Stayed one night before our cruise. Clean, updated room. Had a nice dinner at the close by restaurant Rendezvous. Good breakfast at the hotel. Would recommend to others. Would have preferred a king to the two queen beds but they said they didn't have any left. Also note thermostat on the wall, no adjustment on the window unit. We missed it! ;)

Our room was not ready so the sweet girl at the desk put us in a different room because we had been traveling all day.

We got there early and they had a room for us and it was very clean susan was so nice always with a smile and will help you with anything which made our stay even better i will be back and will recommended it to my friends

We had to get a ride to the hotel from the airport , waited about an hour for the free shuttle, they were so busey, the room we had faced the highway,lots of traffic and lots.of noise.

Check in process was quick but the room needs cleaning shower head rusted , could use a regrout. Trash can is a plastic barrel kinda cheap. The property has not been kept up have not been in years and I kinda want to rebook somewhere else

I was worried after reading all the reviews that this place would be a dive reading some of the reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised. My only issue was with the shuttle and I ended up taking a taxitacitacittaxmlyonlyded

Room was clean, more modern, and the lounge area was all new. There is no breakfast included, and we had to pay for coffee downstairs. There is a great outdoor space with a pool and if you wanted to stand outside, your room may have a small balcony. There is also a bar, but there is a restaurant by the marina within walking distance. We really are glad we stayed here.
