We arrived early and had 2 rooms booked. They were able to give us 1 room early.
The staff were wonderful and spent time talking with us. Also gave suggestions for where to go, as we only had the next day.

Before we arrived, i.e. arrived at the hotel, I sent a message twice that we would arrive a day later, i.e. in the morning. On the day of check-in, the receptionist wanted to charge us for breakfast even though I paid for the hotel from the 23rd and not the 24th on the day of check-in. She didn't even look at what day the hotel was paid for. She didn't know how to make a payment with a card, so she needed help from a supervisor.The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was at a high level. The food was excellent. At the pool, the waiter actually did a good job but should have behaved more professionally.

We had a very good overnight stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Goa Colva. The staff were very friendly & helpful and the room was very modern with excellent amenities, We had dinner and breakfast there -- the variety and quality were excellent, comprising Goan and other Indian regions, as well as western and oriental dishes. Lastly, the Wifi and room entertainment were top notch too. If there's any downside at all it is that the hotel is around 15 min from the main highway (but nearly all of them are). Overall, I recommend this hotel very highly.

Trying to reach out to the hotel to ask if the twin queen bed rooms will be ok for 3 adults. How big are the beds? Can't find an email address

Spent 8 nights at the hotel and had a good time overall. The staff are very hospitable and consistently go above and beyond, accommodation is usual courtyard standard (some exception below) and location is ideal for walking to some nice restaurants.. We also experienced the spa and found the therapist to be very good on both Swedish and Deep tissue massages. Only criticism is wear and tear in the rooms, we booked a premium king room and the laminate floor was peeling and damaged in many places. This was also very dirty and noticed when wiping some split water. The tissue was filthy and certainly not the usual Marriot standard we typically experience globally. Finally a point which is not really in the hotels control but took away from enjoying a pleasant nights sleep was the stray dogs. Most nights they were howling loudly around 1am onwards and sound insulation was terrible to non existent. This is not something I have experienced in other hotels around India.

Our stay at Courtyard by Marriott was exceptional. From the very beginning, the hospitality stood out—warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast each morning was a delight, offering an extensive and beautifully curated spread. Every dish was fresh, flavourful, and clearly prepared with great attention to quality. Another thoughtful touch was the complimentary baby food, which our little one enjoyed thoroughly—something that made our stay even more convenient and family-friendly. The overall ambience of the property, coupled with the impeccable service, made this stay both relaxing and memorable. We left with wonderful impressions and heartfelt appreciation for the team. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, warmth, and exceptional hospitality in South Goa.

We enjoyed our stay at Courtyard by Marriott. The rooms were clean with ample storage. It came will all the toiletries and amenities we needed. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The breakfast and dinner had a lot of variety and the food was delicious. We will certainly be returning to the Courtyard.

Stayed for three nights — my second stay this year — and it was just as wonderful as the first. The hotel is conveniently located near my aunt’s home and was recommended by her family, and it has truly lived up to their praise. Attended a wedding close by and safety of travel for a solo was excellent The staff consistently go out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The room was spacious, cosy, and impeccably clean; I especially enjoyed having a pool-facing room this time. The property is nestled in a quiet, peaceful surrounding, adding to its charm. The pricing offers great value for money, the amenities are excellent, and the food continues to be a highlight. Overall, a reliably pleasant stay that I look forward to repeating.

Stayed at Courtyard Marriott Colva and had an excellent stay. The food was really good and the baby food was always prepared exactly on time, which made a huge difference for us. We were also given a complimentary upgrade. Special appreciation for Ms. Devika at the front desk—she was supportive, warm, and made sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to families.
