The stay was wonderdul. Nice and cosy Hotel, walking distance of both ports.lovely breakfast on the terrace and nicely prepared and clean rooms. Cosy decoration and excelent mantainance. Perfect stay for a weekend. George and Dimitrius recieve you like at home and are very helpful with local tips. We will repeat and recommend to friends!!!

Wonderful hotel! Ideally located between both ports, beautiful well equipped rooms and lovely bathroom. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely every morning and all the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and memorable! We asked for a late check out and they let us keep our room all day as it wasn’t booked….nothing was too much trouble - we also booked a moped at hotel and was fantastic value and delivered to door! The pool is lovely too!! A beautiful hotel which I would highly recommend when visiting this lovely island!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is amazing, from the beautiful atmosphere to the top-notch facilities, everything exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding; the staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. We truly enjoyed every moment and felt very well taken care of. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent hospitality.

The staff made this stay one we will never forget. George is absolutely the best! We celebrated our anniversary on this trip, and they provided flowers and a bottle of Rose' which we so appreciated. The property is beautiful and in a perfect location. Breakfast is wonderful and a true representation of the Greek experience. The message therapist was fantastic as well. We will stay here anytime we visit Spetses.

An absolute gem of hotel run by Carl and his superb team. Every detail from the decor, to gorgeous locally sourced food to Carl's warm welcome has been meticulously thought through. The team's thoughful hospitality and the quality of service was superb. What a joy to visit this wonderful establishment. A real beacon of excellence for Spetses.

Yayaki is one of the nicest small hotels I have stayed in. We stayed for ten days and loved it. The staff are exceptional. Karl, the owner, has a really great team - George the Operations Manager overseeing all activity, Demetrios at the bar, Marissia serving breakfast, Lyllia ensuring the bedrooms are kept immaculate complete with wonderful creations made out of the towels; all were so kind and helpful. Every guest was made to feel special and at home. Karl really understands the meaning of 'Hospitality'. The swimming pool area is very pretty and most mornings we had it to ourselves. Breakfast is outstanding and generous - jugs of fresh orange juice, good coffee, almost anything you want to eat; as much or as little as you like. This is an outstanding small hotel well placed for exploring the town, but out of the hustle and bustle and only ten minutes walk to either the new or the old port. We had the most wonderful stay here.

If you are looking for a calm and peaceful environment while on Spetses, Yayaki is the place to go! The quaint, modern, country style rooms are comfortable, clean and certainly restful. The staff is so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We are pleased to highly recommend this hotel.

We were back here in 2025. Everything is like 2021, except more food and drink choices. Everything are kept and maintained like new. Big thank you to Karl for a fantastic vacation, and equal bi thank you to all the staff for making sure we enjoyed every moment.

Karl, Hannah, George and Dimitri and the wonderful team at Yayaki looked after us with the special care and attention they always show. Karl arranges your transfer from Athens to Spetses and the wonderful team are there to greet you on arrival .The hotel and pool are beautifully maintained, the service team are meticulous, and all amenities from yoga, massage, arranging treatments, bikes and boat tours are carried out by local experienced specialists. Our room was elegant, calm, quiet, extremely comfortable with coffee/tea/boxed water, fresh beach towels and fabulous bathrooms. The breakfasts are healthy, delicious and fresh with options for every dietary requirement. We feel extremely comfortable at Yayaki having returned for several years . Spetses itself is a special island with stunning beaches, charming delicious tavernas and more sophisticated restaurants, a fun night life but not crazy. The hotel is slightly set back from the main town, very quiet for a good nights sleep (and siesta)! but only 5 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants. Shopping is fabulous! I would highly recommend Hotel Yayaki.
