Service is good. Staff are helpful. Location is 10 minutes walk from Tai Chung Station. Bus stops just 5-6 minutes walking distance. Cleanliness is average but acceptable.
Hotel room are clean and modern. Love the contemporary design of the room and toilet (mirror with LED lights).
Location is nearby to TRA station, with 10 mins walking distance.
Receptionist could have greet / welcome their customer when customer entering or step out the hotel. For my experience , after checked-in , they don’t bother you anymore, no smile and no greet.
You can find snacks outside of your room. But unfortunately, they don’t refill in time. I only able to grab some snacks during my first day stay in this hotel. Could be improve.
The hot water in the shower room is just tepid. The drainage flow in the shower room very slow.
Overall , I will give a 5 out of 10 for a three star hotel.
