It's great to know that you found the staff attentive and always available to assist you.As advertised, we are a self-service accommodation, we offer a welcome pack with some coffee, tea, sugar, etc but we ask our guests to self-cater where possible. Hi there,Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are thrilled to hear you loved your apartment and enjoyed our convenient location. Yes, we have the tram stop and a good selection of supermarkets right on our doorstep making it super handy for our guests. We have large windows that cannot open but each apartment has vents and an AC that connects directly to the outside allowing fresh air to constantly flow. Our guests can get a great night's sleep while still enjoying the action of the city. Yes, we are self-catering accommodation and provide weekly cleaning we are happy to add additional cleans for a fee. We are glad you found everything you needed in your apartment. We are disappointed you did not enjoy your mattress. We have passed this feedback on to our housekeeping manager for investigation and improvement.
