I was feeling like in home at this place. I recommend for somebody that get an excellent service and staff.

I wish I could rate 10 stars to Captain Max. The bedroom comfort, quietness, cleanliness, and location made our stay extremely enjoyable. But Max attentions were over the top every day. The best stay out of the 3 islands we stayed in the Galapagos

We stayed here for 3 nights while we were in Sta Cruz. The place was really nice and spacious rooms, very clean, complete facilities with nice little touches such as line to dry your clothes, usb sockets, and a hammock. The place looks the same in the photos.
Max and his family were very welcoming and helpful and responsive. He helped us find tours and gave us tips to do and see in the island.
The locations is also great. Few minutes walk to the Charles Darwin street, so you are in the centre but without the noise.
We definitely recommend!

Lovely at home feel with Max, Lourdes, and their Son. Beautifully decorated, boutique experience. If we could have stayed in Galápagos longer would 10/10 book again. Location was perfect, especially for seeing the wildlife, ice cream, and quick 6km runs to the beach!

Max and his staff were amazing! So very polite and helpful with everything. The room was super clean, everyday! The food was simple for breakfast but also tasted amazing. Can’t say enough nice things about this place. I would highly recommend it to anyone look for a place to stay in Santa Cruz.

A great property within walking distance from all the restaurants etc. They have a basic breakfast which does the job. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. They even allowed us to get into the room very early after our ferry arriving into Santa Cruz.

Very comfortable stay. Even with language barrier the staff did their best to make our stay as smooth as possible. Breakfast was great! Rooms were spotlessly clean and staff went above and beyond to help in anything. The location of the hotel is also very convenient for the ferry and all of the attractions in Santa Cruz island.

Stayed here again for a day before catching a flight. No frills accommodation but with all the essentials needed for a very comfortable stay. Captain Max helped with late checkout without asking any questions. Great place! Great location!
