The hotel's location and staff are good. The receptionists Mr.Abdul Basit and Mr.Muhammad Bilal facilitated me in arranging trips to Nathiagali and Patriata. Besides they guided me regarding other stuff related to my stay in Murree. The rent of a room with the mountains' view is bit expensive for a solo traveller, and the same goes for the restaurant. There aren't any light foods options available in the menu. so irrespective of one's need, one has to order the full quantity. Due to this reason most of the time I ordered soup or chips. By the way their Brownie served with ice-cream was yummy. The complimentary breakfast was also good. It had a decent number of options for both desi and English breakfast e.g.pan cakes, French toast, paratha, Aloo ki bhujiya, channy, qeema, chicken, bread, jam, honey, butter, milk, coffee, juice, fruit, and fried/ boiled eggs. The restaurant staff was courteous and kept serving food on the table even during the buffet. I went for the said hotel based on it's rating in cleanliness, however it was quite compromised. The balcony and it's windows were not cleaned during my stay. The amenities tray in the washroom had hairs in it. The shower drain had dried foam. I was on the first floor and found the place quite peaceful most part of the day, except for two nights when there were some movements on the second floor after midnight. The guests were mostly families. One thing that put me off was when I was accidentally woken up by a call after 1 am inquiring if I had asked for an iron stand. When I looked out, the view was so beautiful that I could not resist sitting in my room's balcony. Strangely while I was using my mobile and enjoying the beautiful scenery a housekeeping staff standing in the balcony adjacent to the corridor started calling me madam madam initially I ignored him but when he didn't stop, I asked him what, he said APPKO BALCONY KI LIGHT ON KAR DUN. How can any one at around 2 am invade the privacy of a person and ask such a question. Overall my stay was comfortable and as per expectation.

The staff is exceptional. I especially thank Salman Sheikh, the hotel manager: He went beyond ordinary assistance when I encountered problems with international transactions. This gracious effort on his part will always be remembered!! I also wish to thank Bilaf, who gave me a beautifully oversized suite with a glorious mountain view, the chef for his culinary skills, and the accommodating service staff. If you are fortunate enough to travel to Murree, Pakistan, this is the place to stay.

The hotel is in a very good location, clean, new, the breakfast is delicious and freshly prepared. Especially the scrambled egg menu. All employees are polite and service-minded, ready to help at all times when needed. Sometimes the staff always asks if I need any help. From the hotel you can walk to Murree mall and Murree hill.
