  • Guest：The hotel is good. Service is good. I travel during winter, the hotel air con is centralised hence it’s on heater mode. The room become humid for me. Glad that the staff brought me a fan. However do take note the lobby has step before u can reach the lift. It’s a big problem for me as I have big and heavy luggage. No staff came and help. A bit disappointed when no staff came over to help.
