Wir waren nur 4 Tage in dem Hotel und wir haben alles bekommen was wir für eine kurze Auszeit gebraucht haben. Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Animateure haben immer zu guter Laune angeregt und hatte tolle Ideen um uns die Zeit so angenehm wie m?glich zu machen. Entweder haben Sie zu einem kleinen Tanz animiert oder haben einen mit einem Zaubertrick den Tag versü?t. Das ????

It is a very nice experience to come to this beautiful hotel it is really great and here everything is great the rooms are very clean and the animation team really became our friends in a short time and here the beach is very clean I really loved this hotel ??????

LES PLUS : L'h?tel est très beau, piscine et vue vraiment jolie. Le petit déj est varié et très bon. La chambre est sympa mais il faut aimer se doucher sans cloison :) LES MOINS : L'h?tel est en travaux, et les machines du matin au soir en bord de mer c'est décevant. Peu de transats dispos pour un h?tel de cette taille autour de la piscine. Et quelle surprise d'avoir trouvé un enfant (8/10 ans) dans la chambre voisine et dans la piscine alors que nous avions réservé un ADULT ONLY !! Lunaire. Aussi, grosse déception, nous sommes restées 2 nuits et notre chambre n'a pas été nettoyée une seule fois alors même que nous avons alerté la réception.. nous avons préféré partir pour un autre h?tel. Pas de cartes des boissons au bar (10€/cocktail minimum) et du restau. Nous ne recommandons pas vraiment même si objectivement l'h?tel est sympa mais n'est absolument pas un 5* (un joli 3* au mieux), niveau promesse vous pourrez trouver mieux ailleurs.

Nice location beach nice staff friendly and entertainment team very helpful Nice hotel with good food.location near to city centre. Good choice of buffet food. Entertainment team great for kids and adults. Lots of sun lounges available and towels daily.

Very very beautiful animator! Safi she beautiful animator all the team also so good andleel also he good I really like all the hotel and o want to come here al the times I wanna to be here to see u guess and thank u for Mr. Sabry and miky and the show also.

Overall had a really nice stay here, the hotel its self is lovely, modern & clean & I’d recommend it to people wanting to explore the area. The private beach area is beautiful for swimming, definitely the clearest water we saw in Albania although the beach area could do with a spruce up. Good, comprehensive breakfast. We did feel the hotel lacked certain extras which would make it a “premium” hotel. For example, only very basic toiletries in rooms, no coffee/tea making facilities or replenishing of drinking water. All seriously basic stuff, especially for the price we paid. Weird customer service, weren’t ever bought a menu when asked, the waiters in Sanur beach restaurant just reeled off a few random items from the menu. Had to go and find one ourselves. Hotel staff were fine, friendly but nothing to write home about. Finally & most shocking to us was that this is literally a party hotel. There was pounding music every night of our stay (Fri-Sun) literally outside of our room windows. This went on till gone 1am (earlier on Sunday) & we literally had no idea that would be the case, no mention of this at all on the website when booking. Empire Beach Resport has the potential to be a really lovely hotel but work needed on overall service & customer experience before it can be classed as luxury & needs to be more open / honest about the music.
