  • Guest：I would say this is the best service I’ve experienced in Dublin! First of all,I’d especially like to mention a Chinese female receptionist.I noticed her tag named Pei. She is extremely patient and friendly.We didn’t even realize that there was an option between a shower and a bathtub.She proactively asked us if we’d prefer the shower?Since we don’t really like bathtubs,she kindly arranged a room with a shower for us and also was on 6 floor(we prefer higher floor）.That was really thoughtful of her! Also,there was a male staff in the bar who was really helpful.We had bought some food from outside but didn’t have any cutlery,we asked for disposable forks,and instead he gave us metal forks,it made us feel really welcomed. Actually the room itself was a bit smaller than we expected,but the view was nice!
