Great location, many nearby restaurants, clean rooms, friendly staff.
The apartment was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed, strong Wi-Fi, and a well-maintained bathroom. The host were friendly and check-in was smooth. You need to transfer deposit before check-in, then the host will guide you how to check-in.

Space is clean and access to the unit is easy
Access to the location is a congested area near UKM Komuter.
Deposit RM150 were asked by the host prior entering the unit.
Guests are advised to check thoroughly all remote control and amenities conditions and report to the host.
Or not you will end up in dispute to explain something you are not aware of due to the previous guest or other people's act.
Luckily I managed to explain the condition on one of the fan/light remote controls which was found cracked upon my checkout.
