  • Guest：Good Hotel - but there was a charge on my credit card of another 240$ which wasn't returned until now. I paid all the charges when booking the hotel and still they charged me before arrival the money.

  • Guest：Une seule nuit après un vol intérieur, raison pour laquelle j'avais choisi une chambre avec balcon car je ne suis pas sorti de l'h?tel. Pas de balcon. Pas de banc pour poser sa valise. Filet d'eau chaude au robinet probablement très entartré (car l'eau était chaude dans la douche avec un bon débit)... Seule réponse désagréable lorsque je suis allé me plaindre au matin (le soir, j'ai envoyé un courriel à l'h?tel via Trip.com, j'attends toujours la réponse) : il fallait nous le dire, on vous aurait changé de chambre (donc, c'est ma faute si une réservation faite un mois avant dans un h?tel très peu occupé mi-décembre n'est pas correctement traitée !)... Au check out, j'ai eu une personne plus sympathique qui m'a demandé de retrouver mon numéro de membre Marriott (on finit par ne plus savoir de quoi on est membre avec le regroupement des programmes de fidélité) afin de compenser en points. Pour l'instant, je n'ai pas eu le temps de chercher.? Mais niveau très décevant par rapport au standard du Marriott. La chambre voisine était vide, avec un balcon, un banc pour poser sa valise. Je n'ai pas testé les robinets... Je ne recommande pas du coup.
