檳城前往浮羅交怡，在吉打中轉入住了這個酒店。衞生間的狀況比較差。馬桶蓋反面縫里是黑色污垢。
酒店的設施維護不善。晚上洗澡時，熱水器壞了，只能勉強用冷水沖洗，前臺倒是提出更換房間，但是太晚了懶得折騰。房間里是一條單薄的毯子，和浴巾一個厚度。且沒有一次性拖鞋。此外，房間的隔音效果極差，隔壁房間插座的聲音都一清二楚。周圍是711，食其家，全家，ZUS COFFEE等等，吃東西算方便但是都不能微信制度寶。
建議避開這家。

This time only stay for 1 night due to not feeling well when arrive Aloq setaq. So far overall stay good and comfortable. I'm sleeping all night long, room very quiet far away from lift 334. Receptionist very helpful and friendly.. Keep it up maintaining the property and level of service up to my expectations. Definitely will come back again.

I felt very grateful for the early check-in which attended by a great staff named Nur Aqilah. A big thank you to her for the excellent service and kind arrangements as we have a toddler with us.
Great location and nice foods surrounded by the hotel. Very convenient to the city areas. It has a Family Mart and C-mart in the hotel building too.
Nice stay and will come back to this hotel fir the next visit ??

酒店地理位置優越，周邊餐飲選擇豐富。前往市區非常方便。酒店大樓內還設有Family Mart和C-mart便利店。
入住體驗很棒，下次還會選擇這家酒店??

The water heater has not been heated enough. I'm a regular customer there. The only things we're not satisfied about this.

My stay at the hotel was okay. The room was generally clean, but a few details could have been better maintained. Poor wifi connection. Overall, it was a passable stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Its a business centre, with spaces converted to hotel rooms, with one directional pathway to reach the rooms. This some rooms might feel far away. It has enough amenities, while there are self sevice ironing stations loacated at intervals outside the rooms.

My favourite hotel to stay every time travel to Aloq setaq. Super convenient, everything in 1 place. Now reception already upgraded to level 1. Room very comfortable and very quite during night time. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful... Definitely will come back again on Feb.

Convenience. There are Zus Coffee, Mrs Brown Chicken, Japanese restaurant, local food restaurant, 7/11, Family Mary, C Mart and Guardian at the G floor.

free parking. need to validate at lobby every time u want go out. toilet bowl and room not too clean.
