Lovely clean rooms, modern with lovely historical touches. Proprietor was lovely and accommodating

Excellent location within the walled city; close to two gates and the main plaza. Rooms are very large and comfortable. There is a common area with coffee and snacks, so it's perfect for a group to stay together. The best part, however, is the staff who are very responsive and friendly. I had a few minor issues during my stay (locked myself out of the safe, needed help getting a taxi) and they were very helpful. It feels like a private apartment with supportive staff!

Abbiamo passato tre bellissime giornate a Siena ospiti della residenza San Martino 29. Camera bellissima, spaziosissima, col soffitto a botte affrescato e tutte le comodità. In pochi minuti si è in piazza del Campo. Ottimo e utilissimo il servizio di car valet. Consigliatissimo.

Accoglienza gentile calorosa e professionale. La struttura è elegante con affreschi e pavimenti in cotto originali perfettamente restaurati e non manca un tocco di modernità. I lavori di ristrutturazione sono stati fatti con cura nei minimi dettagli e anche la scelta del travertino senese nei bagni rappresenta il desiderio di Ela di mantenere viva l’unicità del territorio. La pulizia è inappuntabile e la biancheria di prima qualità. Il sonno è favorito dagli infissi insonorizzati e dall’ottimo materasso con topper. La posizione è strategica a un minuto da piazza del campo ma in una strada tranquilla e poco trafficata.

Great Hotel
This hotel was great, I’d definitely stay again. It was in a great neighborhood, walkable to everything, yet very quiet. Rooms were clean and pretty large.

La residenza San Martino 29 non è solo una residenza d'epoca incantevole: è un luogo dell'anima dove ogni dettaglio è curato con amore e gusto, ogni ambiente parla di eleganza pura ed accoglienza sincera. Pur non essendo in vacanza ci siamo sentiti accolti come in famiglia: un senso di pace e calore che raramente si trova altrove. Great little hotel in Siena
The Residenza d'Epoca is an unique experience in the small city of Siena. It's on a quiet street and the room with the large window made it very welcoming. Also Ella - the front desk manager helped me out personally with a situation I had with a payment. She went above and beyond. Her level of service was exceptional.
