  • Guest：La posizione è eccezionale: ben collocato sulla mappa, il Riad si trova a pochi passi da Bab Guissa (uno dei punti più comodi e chiari per prelievi in caso di tour) e permette di raggiungere comodamente e facilmente anche le altre attrazioni di Fes. Patio esteticamente un po' caotico, ma carino. La camera aveva qualche differenza in confronto alle foto, perché l'avevano aggiornata dopo la mia prenotazione, ma comunque perfettamente confortevole. Ottima colazione. Staff veramente eccezionale. Voglio sottolineare e ringraziare in particolare Bilal: nonostante la pioggia, è venuto ad accoglierci all'arrivo fuori le mura e poi è tornato a tarda sera perché avevamo problemi con l'acqua calda. Inoltre, seppur non presente in Riad, si è rivelato sempre disponibile tramite messaggi e pronto a supportarci e soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Direi ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, soprattutto in virtù dei servizi dati, della cortesia del personale e dell'ottima posizione. Consiglio di migliorare la gestione dell'acqua calda, perché la sera dell'arrivo a noi mancava. Il problema comunque non si è più presentato e lo staff ha fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno ottimale (e ci è riuscito perfettamente).

This place is highly recommended!
  • Guest：In the heart of the Old Medina ??, this Riad truly exceeded our expectations! The staff’s hospitality was incredible—Bilal went above and beyond to take care of my mother and me. He even checked in with other providers we weren’t familiar with to ensure our safety and comfort. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the Medina, the old city of Fes. The team was also wonderfully accommodating of my mom’s gluten-free allergies. If I return to Fes, I would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you to everyone at the Riad for providing such an authentic and caring Fes experience!
