Guest：Hotel is quite new, so quite clean. It is not near to train station or metro. However it is near to the local night market. Hotel provide washing machine for washing your laundry, free.
Guest：Hotel was nice, good location, 15 mins walk from Taichung TRA station. Room was clean and big, aircon was good. Buffet breakfast was nice
Guest：Staffs are friendly, and helpfull. However, the room didnt clean properly. We asked to make up our room in the morning, and when we came back to our room in the evening, we found that the bed did not tidy up, the bed sheet never change, and the blanket and pillows position still same like in the morning when we left the room, look like they never touch the bed at all.
Guest：Excellent value with breakfast included. Food items catered mainly to Asian tastes, but the lady who was in charge of the breakfast area was excellent, very friendly and helpful! Although front desk did not have an international power adapter initially when we wanted to borrow one, the manager went out and bought one, so excellent service attitude. The room we were in did not have a view at all, and the blinds had to be down all the time. Maybe this was a result of us booking well ahead of time getting a low price, so was allocated an inferior room.
