We didn't stay at the hotel but we are locals and we made a visit there for swimming and lunch. The restaurant of the hotel is close to the beach and has a very nice view and friendly atmosphere. The service was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had fresh fish, cooked very nice with wonderful taste, and a lovely Greek salad and tzatziki... Then we went to the beach and we had also great service there. There is always a service on the beach, the sun beds are comfy, clean and free. We definitely recommend that place to everybody!!

Fantastic hotel which is set in a breathtaking bay with its own sandy beach and swimming pool area. Family owned and run to a 5 star standard. The rooms, restaurant, gardens and facilities are very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The friendly staff are exceptional and provide drinks, snacks and meals during the day ( waiter/ress service to your sunbed) and an excellent daytime and evening restaurant service - with live entertainment some evenings. If you are going to Samos - you must stay at the Glicorisa and experience the fantastic service and the hospitality of the owners. We will certainly be going back. David & Graham Blackpool, England

l'isola è molto bella,il posto è bello,panoramico,pulito,ma è scomodo per andare in spiaggia o in piscina o a cena,ci sono 70 scalini circa,(sono un po' faticosi ad una certa età)la colazione molto monotona sempre le stesse cose,la cena men che meno sembrava il mangiare che danno ai nonni,zero assortimento, in 1 settimana 2 volte la pasta (stracotta e sapeva di poco) quasi sempre brodini,1 sola volta la moussaka(che è una specialità greca)ma neanche quella era buona e poi cosa piu' importante alla reception se non c'era il direttore (1 sola volta al nostro arrivo), non c'era nessuno che sapeva parlare italiano

L'hotel sorge in una bella posizione: su una spiaggia, vicino alle principali località da visitare e immerso nel verde. Le note dolenti sono il bagno minuscolo e senza ventola e finestra. Le stanze senza veduta sul mare sono calde e alla sera con finestre aperte si sente sempre il rumore di un generatore. La clientela principalmente e' di nazionalità tedesca come la maggior parte del personale, quasi tutti gli italiani avevano la stanza non sul mare. Buono il ristorante della spiaggia ( ho cenato alla carta) bella la spiaggia.

Per la terza volta a Samos (Pythagorion), per la seconda al Glicorissa... L'hotel é un 3 stelle pulito, appena fuori (2 km circa) dal centro cittadino (serve macchina/quad/scooter) ma in posizione strategica su una baia praticamente esclusiva. La spiaggia si raggiunge a piedi da una scalinata, la colazione (pranzo e cena dalla meta di giugno in poi) su una terrazza che si affaccia sulla baia... Il mare.. stupendo, posto tranquillo con due file di ombrelloni (una trentina circa in tutto) a 2/4 metri dall'acqua, sassi piccoli...acqua stupenda.. Vivamente consiagliato

Abbiamo soggiornato al Glicorisa dal 19/08/12 al 26/08/12 e la nostra impressione é stata molto buona..la struttura si trova in ottima posizione ed offre una piacevole vista mare da quasi ovunque ..molto bello la colazione e la cena con terrazza panoramica sulla baia omonima!..camere semplici ma pulite e ordinate e piscina a disposizione tutti i giorni fino alle 19.Cibo nella media, buon servizio.Parcheggio grande e comodo se noleggiate un'auto (consigliato se volete visitare l'isola perche' merita sia per le spiaggie che per un giretto alla sera magari nella vicina Pythagorion).Altra nota a favore per l'hotel la vicinanza all'aeroporto(cinque minuti di auto).

Rooms definitely needs an upgrade. Bathroom and shower was very small. Not a very well maintained property. Location was great beach was amazing. Staff was very helpful and nice. The food at the restaurant was very delicious.

Amazing location on Samos, the bay is protected and the waters are clear and clean, a awesome for swimming , it’s not over crowded, the beach lounges are good quality, you even have a choice to seat on lounges in an elevated grassed area, the service is excellent, with a smile. You have a choice to either order on the beach, or head up to the kafe or tavern.
